DESCRIPTION:Whataburger is getting ready to celebrate the incredible impact of our local educators during National Teacher Appreciation Week! \nFirst\, we’re inviting all teachers and school staff to join us for a FREE hot breakfast on Thursday\, May 7\, from 5–9 a.m. Just stop by any participating location with a valid school ID and grab a Breakfast on a Bun\, Honey Butter Chicken Biscuit\, or Taquito (available for dine-in\, takeout\, or drive-thru). \nBut we want to do more than just breakfast. \nThrough our Feeding Student Success program\, Whataburger is awarding sixty $1\,000 classroom grants across the country. Right here in our communities\, we’ll be recognizing several exceptional educators with these $1\,000 grants and some exclusive ‘WhataTeacher’ gear. \nThis is where we need your help. We’re looking for nominations for inspiring teachers who are making a real difference in their classrooms or districts. If you know a “WhataTeacher” who deserves this recognition\, please submit your nomination by Wednesday\, April 24 using the link below. DESCRIPTION:Community Breakfast is Thursday\, July 16 at 8 a.m.! \nA hot breakfast will be served\, as well as coffee and juice\, catered by Sidekicks Cafe. \nWe will honor members of the police\, fire department\, and EMS workers who have gone above and beyond. \nWe will also be assisting our schools by collecting donations of school supplies (or funds to buy supplies) for the children in our area. Pencil is a non-profit that services our local schools and students who are in need of supplies\, whether it be pencils\, pens\, paper\, or even items like clothing or food. In Metro Nashville Public Schools\, 75% of students are economically disadvantaged. \nLet’s help Pencil fill their supply closet for the upcoming year! \nThere is limited space\, so please make sure you bring either a donation of items or money for the purchase of items along with this free ticket. \nThank you to our Title Sponsor\, Madison Suburban Utility District! \nRSVP for the July Community Breakfast here!
