Madison is served by Metro Water Services for our sewer and storm water. Madison Suburban Utility District is the water service provider in Madison. You will receive bills from both for their separate services.

Electric Service
NES (Nashville Electric Service) provides power to the Metropolitan Nashville community. For customer relations, call 736-6900. For power outages, call 234-0000. The main NES office is located at 1214 Church Street, Nashville.
Natural Gas Service
Piedmont Natural Gas provides gas services to our community. To Start, Stop or Transfer Your Service call 1-800-752-7504. For Natural Gas Emergencies, call 1-800-752-7504 or 911.
